WARNING!!!!!!! - Re: GRS PROMO

The company mentioned above is run by a gentleman who left our company in June of last year. When he was employed here he was given responsibility and a great wage that went along with it.

Now we've found out that for months before he was let go he had stolen our database of customers and set up his own business mentioned above. He collected unemployment since he was let go and ran the company above at the same time.

He's continuing to call our customers and pretending to work for us. He's taking credit cards from customers and can't or won't produce the orders.

It's a bit of a headache for us but the customer's credit card statement shows who they are. As I post this complaints have been made to the BBB and merchant services for some of our customers. The Franchise Tax Board & Board of Equalization have been informed of the fraud he perpetrated on his website (since shut down after the Unemployment hearing).

This is just one way I'm trying to inform everyone I can about this so they don't fall prey to this person. The law moves slowly in these matters but it does get there eventually.

The names being used by him and his cohort: Gary Sill (his real name), Allen Jackson, Michael Prince, & Shawn Gonzales(his real name).

These people are in no way affiliated with Nationwide Designs. Our people always identify themselves by their name and the company and will gladly give you any of our information; web site, email, seller's permit number, ASI number, etc.

Our people always fax or email a confirmation, credit card receipt and/or have a third party recorded confirmation of order.

We're professionals and we do business in a professional manner.

To our customers, I apologize for the inconvenience you may have experienced.

To everyone else: know who you're dealing with. Demand identification of the sales representative via email, always get their full name and call back number. Any email from us will end in our domain names: nationwidedesigns.com or printrg.com . Then make sure everything fits.
